I can now say this because it’s true!

PIKE PROJECT “as heard on DEXTER: RESURRECTION!”

On Friday, August 15th, my birthday! The song “Kill Your Ego” by my band Pike Project, played in a scene of Episode 7 “Course Correction” of DEXTER: RESURRECTION, complete with Michael C Hall’s infamous Dexter Morgan narration. The ultimate birthday gift!

Making music is a strange thing. I love making it, but we’re not an active touring band, so it’s not easy to be noticed. These Pike Project songs were the one positive to come out of the worst period of my life, so them finding any new life three years after their initial release is amazing to me. (And also a motivator to finally start finishing up the long dormant follow-up album!)
